BRGR STOP started with one very hungry idea: if the perfect burger spot didn't exist, we'd build it ourselves. Back in 2015, founder Big Mike Buchinski was driving all over town chasing premium ingredients, outrageous flavor combinations, ice-cold craft beer, and a place that felt more like an adventure than another dinner reservation. The answer? Open the first BRGR STOP in Coconut Creek. Ordinary never stood a chance.
